MOUNTS AND HEALTH SYMPTOMS

Mounts are the extra raised pads of flesh formed on our palm. These mounts are named after planets and each mount attributes qualities associated with that planet. An elastic and well balanced raised mount depicts balanced aspects in that particular field of life. However an under developed or over developed mount disturbs the quality of the results of that mount. And this applies on the health factor also. Any malformation on the mounts namely spot, grill cross etc also indicate the presence of health problems indicated by that mount. This will be discussed ahead analyzing each mount (FIG: 6.1).

(1) MOUNT OF JUPITER (FIG: 6.2) – A person with an excessively developed mount of Jupiter can be a great drinker and eater. He is also prone to a bilious temperament. The possessor of a good mount of Jupiter is balanced & seldom commits suicide except when very deeply humiliated.

1. Sense organs, particularly the sense of smell.
2. Chest disorders and infections.
3. Lung diseases.
4. Throat afflictions.
5. Arterial system and liver.

Health Symptoms- A Jupiterian is liable to suffer from:

1. Sore throat.
2. Pneumonia.
3. Lung and breath problems.
4. Tonsillitis.
5. Cardiac arrest.
6. Apoplexy.

(2) MOUNT OF SATURN (FIG: 6.3) – The negative qualities of this mount are worrying nature, depression, rigid, harsh and pessimist nature making a person prone to nervous irritability. A person committing suicide due to a negative mount of Saturn throws him self from a high place, hangs him or chooses suicide by consuming gas/ smoke, coal etc.

Medical Factors- This mount governs the ‑

1. Teeth and Ears.
2. Trouble with legs.
3. Nervousness and irritability.
4. Dental troubles.

Health Symptoms- A Saturnian is liable to suffer from‑

1. Paralysis
2. Rheumatism.
3. Chronic melancholia.
4. Lower limbs and spinal column trouble.
5. Problems in knee joints.

(3) MOUNT OF SUN (FIG: 6.4) – This mount helps a person maintain a balanced health. Such a person may indulge in overeating but will maintain a balance too. He possesses a sunny disposition. And he loves life so much that he seldom commits suicide.

1. Eyes.
2. Heart.
3. Heart Palpitations.
4. Sunstroke.
5. Fire Accidents.

Health Symptoms- An Apollian is liable to suffer from‑

1. Heart troubles.
2. Trouble with eyes.
3. Loss of vision in extreme cases.

(4) MOUNT OF MERCURY (FIG: 6.5) – A Mercurian possesses a nervous temperament, a wavering mind, and is at times over­excited. This can lead to psychological disturbances also. It gives bilious troubles also. If such a person commits suicide it is by consuming poison.

1. Mind.
2. Nervous system.
3. Nervous temperament.
4. Liver and digestive system.
5. Bilious troubles.

Health Symptoms- A Mercurian is liable to suffer from‑

1. Psychological disorders.
2. Paralytic troubles.
3. Nervous breakdowns.
4. Brain Hemorrhage.
5. Epileptic fits etc.
6. Weak liver and digestive system.
7. Accidents and troubles of arms and upper portion.

(5) MOUNT OF MARS (FIG: 6.6) – The main health problems arising out of this mount are related with excessive body heat. The person is impulsive and impatient, and may commit suicide by using a revolver, a razor or by cutting the thread of life.

2. Body Heat.
3. Blood pressure.
4. Blood circulation.
5. Risk of getting wounds.

Health Symptoms- A Martian is liable to suffer from‑

1. Piles, fever, small pox etc.
2. Kidney or stone bladder problems.
3. Throat troubles.
4. Bronchitis, laryngitis.

(6) MOUNT OF MOON (FIG: 6.7) – A person with a weak mount of moon has poor eating habits, poor blood circulation and cannot bear hard work or exertion. Such a person prefers to commit suicide by drowning.

(7) MOUNT OF VENUS (FIG: 6.8) – This mount plays a major role in balancing love, beauty and harmony in a person. It indicates a person’s emotions making him cheerful, strong and healthy. And such a person seldom commits suicide. Any disappointment in love can lead to emotional breakdown.

2. General ailments.
3. Emotional disturbances.
4. Blood circulation.
5. Luster of the body.

Health Symptoms- A Venusian is liable to suffer from‑

1. Sexual incompetency.
2. Lusterless skin.
3. Anemia.
4. Impotency.
